胎神是中国民间信仰中一位守护未出生孩子的游走神灵。黄历每日标注其所在方位，提醒孕妇家庭避免在该位置进行可能惊扰胎神的活动，如动土、钉钉或搬动重物。

在中国传统信仰中，有一位神灵每天悄然游走于家宅的不同角落——有时栖于灶台，有时居于门口，有时停在床边或窗户旁。这位就是胎神——一位守护怀孕和未出生生命的神灵。

胎神的职责神圣而微妙：保护腹中胎儿的灵魂不受侵扰。但它有一个独特的特征：它每天都会移到一个新的位置。在它所占据的位置进行剧烈活动——钉钉子、搬重物、用刀剪——被认为会惊扰胎神，可能对胎儿造成不利影响。

The Fetal God (胎神) is a protective deity believed to watch over unborn children. The Chinese almanac indicates the Fetal God's daily position within the home — pregnant families are advised not to disturb, hammer, or renovate at that location to protect the health of the unborn child.

Among all the deities tracked by the Chinese almanac, none is more tender in purpose than the Fetal God — the invisible guardian spirit that moves through the rooms and furnishings of the home each day, standing watch over the most vulnerable of all beings: the unborn child.

Unlike other almanac deities who govern fortune, timing, or direction, the Fetal God has a single, heartfelt mission: to protect the developing life within the womb. Each day, this wandering guardian takes up a new position — by the door, near the stove, at the bed, beside the storehouse — and wherever it rests, that space becomes sacred ground that must not be disturbed.
